- To post an RFQ, log in to your buyer account, navigate to 'Post RFQ' from the dashboard, fill in the product details, quantity, and budget, and submit. Suppliers will then be able to send you quotes.
- Is it free to use Bengalmart as a buyer?
- Yes, posting RFQs and browsing products on Bengalmart is completely free for buyers.
- How do I become a verified supplier?
- To become verified, go to your dashboard, click on 'Verification', and submit the required business documents (Trade License, TIN, etc.). Our team will review your application within 48 hours.
- What are the fees for suppliers?
- We offer a freemium model. Basic listing is free. Verified membership and premium visibility features come with a subscription fee. Check our pricing page for details.
- How do I reset my password?
- Click on 'Login', then select 'Forgot Password?'. Enter your registered email address, and we will send you a link to reset your password.
- How does Bengalmart ensure supplier quality?
- We have a strict verification process. Look for the 'Verified' badge on supplier profiles. We also verify business documents and conduct physical inspections for premium members.
- What should I do if I suspect a fraudulent user?
- Please report any suspicious activity immediately using the 'Report' button on the user's profile or messaging window, or contact our support team directly.
